Hair Sirup Pakistan

This policy applies to orders delivered within Pakistan only.

Eligibility for Return

·         Only unopened and unused bottles are eligible for return.

·         Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible.

·         Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

·         Original box and invoice are required.

Non Returnable Items

·         Opened or used bottles.

·         Sale or discounted items.

·         Free gifts or promotional bundles.

Return Process

·         Contact Hair Sirup customer support to request a return.

·         Share order number and clear photos of the product.

·         Our team will review eligibility before approval.

·         Do not send the product without approval.

Refunds

·         Refunds are issued after product inspection and approval.

·         Refund processing time is 10 days after eligibility confirmation.

·         Refunds are made via online bank transfer only.

·         Delivery charges are not refundable.

Replacements

·         Replacement is offered if the product is damaged or incorrect.

·         Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

·         Clear unboxing photos or video are required.

·         Replacement is subject to stock availability.

 

Return Shipping

·         Customers usually pay return delivery charges.

·         Free delivery may apply during active promotions only.

·         Hair Sirup does not cover return shipping outside promotions.

 

Delivery Delays
